About the Event

Kris Lager has been a touring force with his band for over 20 years playing his all original music all over the country. For this show, Kris will strip it down to the essence of his music with an up close and personal solo performance. We'll see him on keys, slide guitar, and even his new Resonator Guitar performing the music we all know and love in it's rawest, most personal, and powerful form. At this Listening Style Room performance, you'll hear the songs that don't get played at Kris' big band shows. The personal journey through the highs and lows of a musical career that started at the age of 16 with a guitar, a prayer, and a determination to make it on his own terms. Between songs you'll get personal stories and commentary from Kris about life and love, trips on the road, and what it means to come back home. Audience attention is appreciated during the performance.
